…You Need 2-3 tablespoons daily…Each tablespoon has the following calories and saturated fat–and no trans fat.
*Benecol Light – 45 calories, 0.5 gram saturated fat
BTW–4 tablespoons daily get the recommended 3.4 grams of Plant Stanol Esters (2.0 grams Plant Stanols) per day.
*Take Control Light – 45 calories, 0.5 gram saturated fat
BTW–2 tablespoons daily get you the recommended 3.4 grams of Plant Sterol Esters (natural soybean extract). Derived from soybeans, and limits cholesterol absorption from the small intestine.
