Frothy Raspberry Orange Smoothie

Packed with vitamin C this Frothy Raspberry Orange Smoothie recipe is a great way to start your day and get your antioxidants, as each serving makes you 6.8 days younger.

Servings  4
Serving Size:  8 ounce servings


2 cups nonfat or 1% vanilla soymilk
2 ripe medium bananas
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate


Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.


Serve this frosty fiber packed breakfast shake with a toasted whole wheat English muffin spread with apple butter for an appetite suppressing delicious RealAge smart breakfast.


2 cups skim or 1% milk plus 1/2 teaspoon vanilla may replace the vanilla soymilk. Frozen strawberries or mixed berries may replace the raspberries. If fruit is fresh rather than frozen, add 2 or 3 ice cubes.
