Currant-Apple Muesli Shake Rattle and Roll Shake

Directions:

Combine 3/4 cup low fat muesli (or low fat granola) with 3/4 cup fat-free milk plus 1/2 of a crisp, diced medium apple, 2 tablespoons dried currants (or use raisins or dried cranberries) and a sprinkle of cinnamon. For the shake, blend half of a medium banana, a whole peeled orange, 1/4 cup fat free milk, 1/2 tablespoon honey, 2 ice cubes and a shake of nutmeg. Blend well until smooth.
