What, me worry?
Most men feel fine–no need to see the doctor.

We know our cholesterol, most of us, and blood pressure and are very busy–too busy to exercise.

We’re taught to tough out any minor pain–in the neck, back, head or chest. A little rest and we’re back at it.

Most of us don’t schedule time to unwind, but we don’t smoke, so we’ve got that going for us.

Being overweight is way more acceptable for men, especially successful men, then it is for women.

It takes a heart attack or a chronic condition like diabetes to make most men sit up and take notice of our own health.

And at that point, a major lifestyle change.

Avoid getting a heart attack — like your Dad did, or his Dad before him.
