Wild salmon is 3x as expensive as farmed, but it does have higher, healthful omega-3 fatty acid levels. PCBs are stored in fish fat, and wild salmon doesn’t consume contaminated feed. It swims unpenned, fattens naturally, and feeds on algae, not fish oil and ground up fish. A recent Science Magazine analysis showed salmon farmed in Scotland had the highest
PCB contaminants. Salmon farmed near Chile and Washington state had levels as low as wild salmon. So this choice seems easy. And delicious–buy a full pound here or a full 4 pounds of Wild King Salmon from Alaska here.

Could you kindly translate your website into German as I’m not very comfortable reading it in English? I’m getting tired of using Google Translate all the time, there is a handy WordPress plugin called like global translator which will render all your articles by default- that will make reading articleson your awesome blog even more comfortable. Cheers dude, Writing Guide & Info!

Have been too many negative reviews of global translator to risk using it. Also, it relies upon a live connection to Google Translator to work.
But thanks for writing.
