The consumption of HFCS increased > 1000% between 1970 and 1990.

Our most conservative estimate of the consumption of HFCS indicates a daily average of 132 calories for all Americans age 2 and older. Diet soda too causes weight gain.

Do your waist a favor. If there is HFCS in it, put it back on the shelf. Like trans fats, high fructose corn syrup is one of these additives that you don’t want in your food.

And, strange but true, the Tobacco industry is testing different concentrations of HFCS in cigarettes. You and your kids don’t need either.
